....omg did you miss me? I missed you.....LOTS!!
I have to apologize for my previous hiatus. Basically the holidays happened, and then things got rough for a bit.
I'm not one to keep secrets (even crappy ones) so I will just say it.
I suffer from anxiety and depression, mostly it's managed, although the past few months I have done a wickedly horrible job at doing so.
Alot of things can trigger it, and Christmas time is just always hard to begin with because that is when I lost my mother.
But without going into great detail.....I am on the rebound.
I have returned to Yoga, and through my practice and my knowledge of healing Muhdras and nutritional healing, I plan on getting a little more back to myself every day.
I am also EXTREMELY lucky to have such a wonderful husband who puts up with all these shenanigans. lol And catches me when I fall.
I'm glad to be back!
Things I've been doing to get better:
-Healing Muhdras and meditation
-Getting back into my yoga lifestyle
-Cooking lots of warming soups
-Opening my heart chakras
-Snuggling on the couch with my hubby watching our favorite shows
-Snuggling and tickling that little boy of mine
-Doing random acts of kindness for others daily
-Reading all of your wonderful uplifting blogs! I really have some of the best followers!
....and of course the occasional spoonful of Nutella (or two) while laying on the couch watching TV doesn't hurt either!
With Much love
